Workforce Identity

Deploying workforce identity federation is the primary mechanism to consolidate access management across fragmented SaaS environments.

Workforce identity migration requires shifting from fragmented LDAP or Active Directory forests into a centralized IdP with SCIM-driven provisioning.

An IdP acting as a trust control plane serves as a centralized decision engine that evaluates contextual signals (device health, behavior, and network state) in real-time before granting access.

A fail-closed provisioning strategy ensures that if a system cannot verify a user's status or attributes during an authentication flow, access is automatically denied.

Modern IAM practitioners often struggle when their SSO strategy prioritizes login speed over verifiable identity state.
